Role Overview:
This position is integral to the Management and Logistics team within the automotive industry.
The daily responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, primarily focusing on the procurement, transportation, logistics, warehousing, and distribution of various automotive components from suppliers to clients.
Given the compact size of the team, duties will include logistics management, liaising with customers and suppliers, as well as compiling monthly sales reports. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Delivering comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Supply Chain Management team.
- Providing assistance and covering for fellow administrators as needed, executing relevant tasks to maintain efficient service delivery.
- Coordinating and managing all visits, meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring adequate resources are available.
- Supporting ongoing performance reviews and process enhancement initiatives.
- Recording and reporting basic financial and logistics information.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
