Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive HR Administration support to our clients, working closely with our HR Advisors and Business Partners to ensure high-quality HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement
    • Respond to and resolve queries from employees and leaders in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Administration
    • Produce accurate letters, documents, and reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
    • Manage and update HR Information Systems to ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Analysis
    • Create regular and bespoke data reports and analytics as required.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Administer company benefit schemes, including childcare vouchers and season ticket loans.
  • Process Improvement
    • Adhere to and constantly review procedures and processes to ensure consistency and quality of information.
  • Induction and Onboarding
    • Present HR inductions to new starters.
  • General Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with a HR/People Team.
  • Experience with SAGE HR would be desirable.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional approach.
