Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive HR Administration support to our clients, working closely with our HR Advisors and Business Partners to ensure high-quality HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement
- Respond to and resolve queries from employees and leaders in a timely and professional manner.
- HR Administration
- Produce accurate letters, documents, and reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Manage and update HR Information Systems to ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Data Analysis
- Create regular and bespoke data reports and analytics as required.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer company benefit schemes, including childcare vouchers and season ticket loans.
- Process Improvement
- Adhere to and constantly review procedures and processes to ensure consistency and quality of information.
- Induction and Onboarding
- Present HR inductions to new starters.
- General Support
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Experience working with a HR/People Team.
- Experience with SAGE HR would be desirable.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional approach.
