We are seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to join our team at Niyaa People. As a Repairs Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day repairs to tenanted properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on Social Housing repairs and maintenance contracts, with a strong understanding of health and safety processes. They will be responsible for:
- Working closely with planners to ensure smooth organization of works
- Overseeing the direct labour team and subcontractors
- Ensuring quality of service and works are undertaken to the required standard
- Interacting with tenants and clients to resolve any queries
In return, the successful candidate will receive:
- A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000
- A company van and fuel card
- 24 days holiday + Bank holiday
- A buy/sell holiday scheme
