Ashgate Hospicecare is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our Quality Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the engagement, development, and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Quality Improvement Lead to record and monitor all Quality Improvement (QI) projects.
- Assist the wider team in ensuring the successful completion and smooth delivery of these initiatives across various areas.
- Produce high-quality work under pressure, manage deadlines, and independently organize your workload.
- Provide administrative and technical support to compile all quality improvements within the Hospice and assist in organizing awareness weeks related to the Quality team's focus areas.
- Understanding of quality improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles and tools of quality improvement.
- Experience of working within a healthcare environment.
- Computer literacy in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Analytical skills, report writing skills, and minute taking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and persuade others, and ability to interact with other disciplines and departments.
