Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll and be proficient in MS Office. They will be responsible for assisting with payroll and HR duties, including collating and inputting payroll information, ensuring amendments are made correctly, and reconciling payroll reports.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for general HR admin duties, such as liaising with managers and sending reports to the external payroll provider. They will be an excellent written and verbal communicator and be able to work to tight deadlines.

The Payroll and HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the company's HR and payroll functions. They will be responsible for:
- Collating and inputting payroll information
- Ensuring amendments are made correctly for overtime, on call, etc.
- Calculating salary sacrifice schemes
- Liaising with managers to ensure amendments to hours and costing are made where necessary
- Sending reports to the external payroll provider
- Reconciling payroll reports received from the external provider and ensuring these match internal records
- Admin-based HR duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record in payroll
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- High degree of attention to detail
The company offers a salary up to £28,000 based on experience, hybrid working, study support, pension, parking, holidays, and more.
