About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Business Partner to join our team. This is a 12-month fixed-term position (secondment opportunity for current NHS employees) that plays a crucial role in supporting the Trust's workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, policies, procedures, and best practices to designated divisions within the Trust.
- Collaborate with managers and staff to develop and implement workforce plans that align with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Act as a consultant to departments on a range of HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a workforce planning or human resources role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
