Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner

BirdLife International is a leading global Partnership for nature conservation, celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. We are embarking on an exciting programme of organisational change, including the launch of our new 10-year strategy.

About the Role

We are seeking two HR professionals to join our global team as we develop a business partnering approach to the way we manage our human resources. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work with our UK & international teams to provide guidance and insights to support the delivery of our strategy and ensure we remain a good employer in a fast-changing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver HR services within an international setting, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to our UK & international teams, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to HR management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with remote and hybrid teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to the annual cycle of people activity, including employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Operate within a matrix management structure, working closely with senior leaders to drive business results.
