Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver annual digital plans to increase traffic, engagement, and consumer awareness for all group brands.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and international consumer awareness for the group brands across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and new platforms.
  • Produce creative social assets from concept to visual execution.
  • Research and liaise with influencers for gifted and paid posts.
  • Develop relationships with brand ambassadors, negotiate fees, and manage budgets.
  • Attend and coordinate influencer events.
  • Manage the full life cycle of paid social campaigns.
  • Conduct market trend and audience research, create social ads, and format campaigns.
  • Report and analyze post-campaign results, including market and trend research.
  • Write content for the group's websites and blogs, as well as press releases when necessary.
  • Manage and analyze paid search/PPC.
  • Implement website updates as needed.
  • Liaise regularly with the UK sales team.
  • Integrate marketing and communication messages through PR, media communications, and SEO to develop backlinks.
  • Collaborate with the graphics department to develop POS/in-store concepts and assets to support the group brands in the retail environment.
  • Support ad hoc digital projects as needed.
