QHSE Compliance Support Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QHSE Compliance Support Officer to join our team at First People Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Quality team, you will provide administrative support to our QHSE Compliance Officer, assisting with documentation, investigations, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the QHSE Compliance Officer with daily duties, including documentation and administration
  • Assist with investigations into incidents, near misses, and H+S issues
  • Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and timely
  • Support with the generation and maintenance of records, such as risk assessments and COSHH assessments
  • Participate in audit preparation and support activities, such as processing product rejections and investigating quality concerns

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a QHSE or H+S position
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Ideal experience with manufacturing and auditor training or relevant certification
  • Full UK Driving License desirable

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, working hours of Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and early Friday finish of 3:30pm.
