Job Title: QHSE Compliance Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QHSE Compliance Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality team, you will provide administrative support to our QHSE Compliance Officer and assist with various tasks related to quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the QHSE Compliance Officer with daily duties and tasks
  • Assist with documentation and administration related to quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Contribute to the improvement of compliance to QHSE culture, business management systems, and certifications such as ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO13485
  • Support investigations into incidents, near misses, and H+S issues
  • Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and timely
  • Support the generation and maintenance of records such as risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and noise assessments
  • Assist with audit preparation and planning
  • Support activities such as processing product rejections, investigating quality concerns at production level, and assisting with final inspections
  • Plan training such as First Aid or General safety courses
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a QHSE or H+S position
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Ideal experience with manufacturing
  • Ideal auditor training or relevant certification such as IOSH or NEBOSH
  • Full UK Driving License desirable
