Job Title: QHSE Compliance Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QHSE Compliance Support Officer to join our team at FPR Group. As a key member of our Quality team, you will play a vital role in supporting the QHSE Compliance Officer with daily duties, assisting with documentation and administration, and contributing to the improvement of compliance to various business management systems and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the QHSE Compliance Officer with daily tasks, including documentation and administration.
  • Assist with the improvement of compliance to business management systems and certifications, such as ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO13485.
  • Support investigations into incidents, near misses, and H+S issues, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and timely.
  • Generate and maintain records, including risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and noise assessments.
  • Prepare for audits and contribute to the quality team's efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
  • Strong administration and support skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
