Our Client Base:

We work repetitively for many of the UK's most respected house builders, providing high-quality tiling services to meet their needs.

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites across the M4 corridor, covering Swindon, Oxford, Reading, and Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple sites across the M4 corridor
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, rising to £40,000 after a successful 3-month probation. Additionally, we provide a company van, fuel card, mobile phone, and computer for company use.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tiling and site contract management
  • CSCS card and SSSTS certification (or willingness to obtain)
