Senior Staff Nurse RMN RNLD

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition.
As a Staff Nurse with Active Care Group, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to our patients, ensuring their safety, happiness, and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and develop care plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including medication management and wound care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
