About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our client's growing Nursing team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and younger people who have mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers
- Monitor and develop the performance of care staff
- Ensure effective rotas are in place
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD)
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Clear DBS

Our client offers specialist care to children and younger people who have mental health needs, provided in a beautiful manor house. The service has three separate units and can cater to those who have an eating disorder, complex conditions or who require PICU services.
