Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at a specialist mental health hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and young people with mental health needs.
About the Role:
- Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard.
- Create individualized care plans for patients.
- Update care plans daily.
- Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Monitor and develop the performance of care staff.
- Ensure effective rotas are in place.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD)
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Clear DBS
