Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our site services.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Site Services Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting statutory servicing and inspections
  • Assisting with electrical installations and maintenance
  • Performing general building repairs, including joinery and plumbing
  • Conducting daily checks on boilers and CHP systems
  • Managing Legionella checks and maintenance
  • Overseeing effluent plant operations
  • Supporting the engineering function in daily operations
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
