Available shifts include a 24/7 or Panama shift pattern, consisting of 12-hour day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in alignment with production schedules.
  • Develop and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, maintaining precise maintenance records.
  • Respond to engineering requests from production and maintenance teams, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Quickly identify and troubleshoot issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Adhere to food quality management systems and retailer-specific technical standards.
