Leicestershire Dental Practice Seeks Experienced Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Clinical Manager at our dental practice in Leicestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Rota Management: Develop and maintain efficient staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage for patient care and minimizing downtime.
  • Payroll and Financial Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor and manage the practice's finances, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Practice Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, including the management of resources and the implementation of business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance regulations in the dental industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using relevant software for rota management, payroll processing, and compliance tracking.
  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and experience in a dental setting.
