Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Night Team: Supervise and motivate the night team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the night, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and security, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that our guests and staff are safe and secure throughout the night.
