We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Trainer to join our team at Castlemeadow Care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of face-to-face training and induction programs to employees, promoting an inclusive and positive learning culture, and providing ongoing support to staff through coaching, mentoring, and refresher training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs to employees, including induction and refresher training.
  • Promote a positive learning culture and provide ongoing support to staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social care practices, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the review and preparation of course materials and presentations.
  • Ensure staff qualifications are maintained and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • Relevant Train the Trainer qualifications, such as Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and Safeguarding.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work on their own initiative and within a team.
