Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Fairview Gardens. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs, including anxiety, autism, and learning disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support residents in their interests and hobbies, promoting a sense of community and social connection.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
