About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Frederick Street and our outreach services in Stockton on Tees. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, genetic developmental disabilities, and multi-sensory impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal care, shopping, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals, and participating in in-house and community activities.
  • Complete health and safety checks, daily notes, and other forms on our digital system.
  • Liaise with other professionals to help individuals achieve their goals.

Requirements
