About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers navigate the world of foreign exchange. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience and that their travel money needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
