Daily Responsibilities

  • Evaluate submissions
  • Lead quote broking and follow market broking
  • Present terms to clients and networks
  • Conduct Firm Order broking (Ebix / wet stamps / email)
  • Document broking activities in market sheets
  • Review draft and final MRC
  • Dispatch cover confirmations to clients and networks
  • Offer benchmarking and placement guidance to clients
  • Engage in client meetings

The International Property broking team consists of over 40 Brokers, each bringing their own expertise and varying levels of experience. This team manages a portfolio of prestigious, well-known clients.

This position offers a remarkable chance to thrive in a dynamic work environment, with access to Lloyds, the London market, European markets, and other Aon resources to fulfill the EMEA Property needs of Aon's flagship clients.

Qualifications for Success

  • Demonstrated experience in the insurance sector as either a Broker or Insurer, with established relationships
  • In-depth technical knowledge of EMEA Property markets
  • Proficiency in utilizing insurance industry IT systems to effectively deliver client services
  • Experience in managing strong client relationships and a portfolio of business
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
