Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EMEA Property Broker to join our International Property Team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing complex and sophisticated risks in the London market while mentoring and coaching less-experienced colleagues to achieve optimum client outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with access to Lloyds, the London market, European markets, and other Aon facilities to deliver EMEA Property requirements for our flagship clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review submissions and lead quote broking/follow market broking
  • Present terms to clients/network and record broking activity in market sheets
  • Review draft/final MRC and send cover confirmation to clients/network
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients and conduct client meetings
Requirements
  • Proven experience within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer with established relationships
  • Technical insurance knowledge across EMEA Property markets
  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
  • Experience of managing effective client relationships and a book of business
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
