Senior EMEA Property Broker Opportunity

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior EMEA Property Broker to join our vibrant International Property Team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing complex and sophisticated risks into the London market while mentoring and coaching less-experienced colleagues to deliver optimum client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze submission data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Lead quote broking and follow market broking to deliver exceptional client service
  • Present terms to clients and network to build strong relationships
  • Firm Order broking, including PPL, wet stamps, and email communication
  • Record broking activity in market sheets to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Review and finalize Market Risk Certificates (MRCs) to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Send Cover confirmation to clients and network to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients to drive business growth and success
  • Attend client meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven experience within the insurance industry, with established relationships and a strong understanding of EMEA Property markets
  • Technical insurance knowledge across EMEA Property markets, with the ability to use insurance industry IT systems to deliver client service
  • Experience managing effective client relationships and a book of business, with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service
