About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Lead for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to children and young people in Worcestershire.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of new service offers and ways of working in our core CAMHS service
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with other agencies and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our service strategy and business plan
  • Ensure that our services are delivered in a way that is responsive to the needs of children and young people

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in child and adolescent mental health services. The ideal candidate will have:

Significant recent clinical experience post-registrationLeadership experience and the ability to manage a clinical teamExperience of working with patients with severe and enduring mental illnessExperience of partnership working and liaison in an inter-agency environment
