Become a Leader in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist to spearhead our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional mental health services to young individuals facing challenges such as eating disorders.

Core Duties:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, provide treatment, and ensure safe discharge of patients
  • Oversee medication management
  • Maintain quality assurance and address any complaints
  • Apply NICE guidelines effectively
  • Direct and manage the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Individual Care Review (ICR) processes

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree
  • GMC registration with a license to practice
  • MRCPsych or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • Inclusion in the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Section 12(2) approval and Approved Clinician status
  • Demonstrated experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
