Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at JD Group. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance to Line Managers and colleagues on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and family-friendly policies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of employment legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize appeals.
  • Collaborate with the wider People team to share knowledge and expertise, and support Line Managers in resolving employee relations matters.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 5, or Level 3 with substantial relevant HR experience.
  • Previous HR/People Advisor experience in a retail environment or fast-paced People environment, with responsibility for managing high-volume complex cases.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and People Relations policies and procedures.
