Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on workplace relations matters
• Manage and resolve complex workplace relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance matters
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and allegations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures relating to workplace relations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a positive workplace relations environment
Requirements:
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a workplace relations role
• Demonstrated experience handling complex workplace relations cases
• Thorough understanding of UK employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience working in a unionised environment
Working Conditions:
• Office-based role during probation
