Job Overview

IFS Supply Chain and Service Maintenance Specialist is sought to join our team at Talentbank Technology, playing a pivotal role in crafting and guiding functional specifications while aiding in the deployment of IFS Supply Chain and Service Maintenance technology solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute expertise to intricate IFS projects, which may encompass new software deployments, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives across diverse organizational environments.
  • Exhibit profound knowledge of IFS applications, including a comprehensive grasp of functionalities and methodologies that ensure successful software projects across various sectors. Duties may involve:
    • Facilitating client inquiries and gathering requirements
    • Defining current and prospective processes and business needs
    • Configuring modules
    • Designing and defining data models
    • Providing testing, training, and implementation support
  • Perform project tasks and generate deliverables, including:
    • Executive presentations
    • Documentation of functional and technical specifications
    • Design documentation
    • Process and operational procedure documentation
    • Internal control documentation
    • Business requirements
    • Gap analysis
    • Business case development
  • Implement project work plans and assist client team members in achieving objectives.
  • Effectively transfer knowledge and/or train client colleagues to empower them in maintaining implemented software solutions.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in IFS implementation as a consultant or as part of a client team is essential.
  • In-depth functional expertise in an area of IFS such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Distribution.
  • Familiarity with ERP project delivery methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in process improvement is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated exceptional skills in oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, presentations, facilitation, negotiation, organization, analysis, and problem-solving, along with strong computer proficiency.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding client service, effectively lead project teams, prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, exhibit a professional demeanor, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are crucial.

This position operates outside of IR35 and requires a flexible on-site presence, transitioning to a fully remote setup over time.
