Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Staff Power Group Limited. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the unloading of raw material delivery vehicles and check off and book in raw material deliveries.
- Identify over and understocked raw materials and play a key role in the introduction of a raw material and finished goods barcoding system.
- Work closely with Purchasing regarding deliveries and materials shortages.
- Manage the raw material stock flow and feed production lines.
- Lease with various production departments and plan to ensure finished goods are available as per delivery schedules.
- Manage the picking and checking of finished goods and all ancillary components.
- Supervise and assist with the loading of delivery vehicles, ensuring products are 100% checked, loaded in order, and in a safe manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality inspection position.
- Hold or have held a counter balance fork lift truck license with significant experience (desirable).
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling of raw materials and finished goods.
- Methodical and well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work to meet business needs.
