Role Overview: The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and compliance with both client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager/Engineer in the organization of site documentation, including Health and Safety records pertinent to site operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including updated drawings that reflect the percentage of work completed weekly, modifications, delays, and progress reports, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded for final contract documentation.
  • Oversee on-site personnel, ensuring they are deployed in accordance with contractual obligations and directives.
  • Monitor workforce levels on-site, ensuring that the agreed-upon number of laborers and certified equipment is provided by subcontractors as necessary.
  • Keep clients informed about on-site activities and provide updates on project progress as required.
  • Regularly communicate with the Project Manager/Engineer regarding potential contract adjustments, outstanding issues, schedule delays, resource or material shortages, access challenges, and possible conflicts on-site.

Qualifications:

  • LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 Competent (desirable)
  • LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 Competent (desirable)
  • Proven experience in managing on-site labor and resources (essential)
  • Valid SMSTS certification (essential)
  • CSCS Gold Card Holder (desirable)
  • Understanding of CDM Management Principles (essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of project documentation such as RAMs and Quality standards (essential)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience

Work Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
