- Accurately record and manage stock levels to prevent financial exposure and ensure operational efficiency.
- Proactively manage stock movement documentation and update systems with relevant data in line with agreed procedures.
- Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal stakeholders on stock-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health and Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide administrative support to aid the efficient running of operations.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Highly flexible and committed with ability to work under pressure.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to multitask.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, and familiarity with Manhattan WMS.
