Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and manage stock levels to prevent financial exposure and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Proactively manage stock movement documentation and update systems with relevant data in line with agreed procedures.
  • Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal stakeholders on stock-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health and Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide administrative support to aid the efficient running of operations.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Highly flexible and committed with ability to work under pressure.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, and familiarity with Manhattan WMS.
