Job Title: Business Analysis and Improvement Manager

Home Improvement Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis and Improvement Manager to join their Senior Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving processes, and maximizing productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including organizing construction works, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance overall productivity and output by implementing process improvements and recommending changes to business practices.
  • Champion health and safety within the business, ensuring all policies and procedures meet industry standards.
Key Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and move between big-picture and immediate priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and a willingness to work in a lean environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence and gravitas to operate as a leader and external ambassador for the business.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under own initiative and without direct assistance.
