About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Claridge House in Littlehampton. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks.
About You:
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to make a positive impact in our community.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.58, plus additional pay for evening and weekend hours.
