About the Role:

As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest. Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans. You will also support and encourage our residents to participate in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing. This may involve assisting with appointments, arranging transportation, and accompanying residents on visits. Your role will be diverse, and you will have the opportunity to utilize your interpersonal skills to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About You:

  • You will be a compassionate and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment.
  • You will have a genuine passion for enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older adults and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
  • You will be committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You will be interested in working in the Health and Social Care sector and possess a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
