About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Claridge House in Littlehampton. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including housekeeping and domestic support
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits
  • Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks

Requirements

  • Warm and friendly individual with experience in care or support environment
  • Passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy work setting
