About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Mytime Active. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality catering service that meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that reflect the company's standards of using fresh, high-quality, and seasonal products.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food is prepared, cooked, and presented in a safe and hygienic manner, complying with Mytime's Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train catering staff to ensure a professional, safe, and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies cost-effectively and maintain accurate records to avoid unnecessary wastage and deterioration of foodstuffs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is used appropriately and report any defects or issues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Experience: A working knowledge of current F&B best practice and practical application in the workplace, with experience of working in a similar environment.
