The Role

As a Retail Trainee Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales performance and day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, optimising KPI performance, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and day-to-day operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and optimise KPI performance
  • Support the development of junior team members
  • Take accountability for the physical appearance and maintenance of the store
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Understanding of retail KPIs and ability to drive improvements
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • WSET 2 qualification (essential) and willingness to work towards WSET 3 qualification
