In this role, you will work closely with clients, navigating through challenging financial situations with a solution-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities of the Recoveries Advisor:
  • Engaging with clients experiencing financial difficulties
  • Negotiating feasible payment arrangements
  • Processing payments efficiently
  • Documenting and addressing customer complaints
  • Providing budgeting assistance to clients
  • Facilitating repayment options for customers
  • Resolving disputes effectively
  • Maintaining accurate personal records
  • Supporting vulnerable clients with care
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a regulated financial environment
  • Proficient in utilizing various communication channels (Telephony, Written, Digital)
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
