About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications professional to join our team at Victrex. As a Medical Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our Medical division, Invibio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a global Marketing Communications plan to achieve business strategy and priorities, ensuring stakeholders are informed and considered.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate integrated, multi-channel campaigns to generate brand equity, awareness, interest, engagement, and conversion (leads).
  • Content Management: Ensure relevant and engaging content for the industry application or segment is well articulated and presented.
  • Digital Integration: Effectively integrate digital and social channels into the marketing mix to maximise visibility to the target audience.
  • Performance Evaluation: Coordinate and evaluate the results of Marketing activities to inform future activities.
  • Local Implementation: Implement in-country Marcoms projects, including localised digital, social media, and tradeshows.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, ideally in a global marketing communications environment.
  • Experience in one or more relevant industries, such as healthcare or medical devices is desirable.
  • Experience with Marketing automation systems.
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience gained in Marketing roles
