Lead a Dynamic Team in a Cutting-Edge Manufacturing Environment

As the Manufacturing Leader at Victrex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our film production unit while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are at the forefront of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Purpose: Oversee the safe and effective operation of our powder production unit, driving production targets in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with maintenance, quality, and HSE teams to develop and execute a comprehensive production plan that meets our ambitious goals.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance operations and optimize plant resources.
  • Manage Risk and Safety: Take charge as the Local Responsible Person (LRP) for your area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effectively managing risks on our COMAH facility.
  • Inspire Your Team: Lead, coach, and develop your team to foster a collaborative environment focused on performance and innovation.
