We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Tenancy Services team as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our estate and tenancy management functions.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake all estate and tenancy management functions for approximately 850 properties, ensuring maximum rental income is collected.
- Deal with low-level nuisance and anti-social behaviour, signing up new tenancies, and providing welfare advice.
- Work closely with external agencies and our tenants to resolve issues and improve services.
- Travel throughout the Borough to conduct site visits and meetings.
- Fluency in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act).
- Ability to work under pressure and travel throughout the Borough.
- DBS disclosure required.
