  • Managing estates and tenancies across the borough, ensuring maximum rental income is collected.
  • Dealing with low-level nuisance and anti-social behaviour, signing up new tenancies, and providing welfare advice.
  • Working closely with external agencies and tenants to resolve issues and improve services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and/or Saturday mornings, as required.
