Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build project in the Northwest. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, particularly with steel frame construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the new build project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring everyone is working efficiently and safely.
- Utilize your experience with steel frame construction to effectively manage this key project.
- Ensure all site operations adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor construction quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain the highest standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Identify potential issues before they arise and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
