Lead Educator

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Childcare Practitioner / Lead Educator at our partner's early years facility in a vibrant community.

Lead Educator - Role Summary

Your responsibilities:

  • Facilitating children's growth through the delivery of secure, engaging, and child-focused educational experiences
  • Implementing activities designed to enhance and broaden children's learning and developmental achievements
  • Tracking, evaluating, and documenting children's advancement
  • Strategizing and executing subsequent steps to promote children's growth

Essential qualifications:

  • A recognized qualification in Early Years Education, such as NNEB, CACHE, EYT, or an equivalent
  • A solid grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including planning and assessment methodologies
  • A comprehensive understanding of child protection policies and practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
