About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Service Technician to join our team at phs Group Careers. As a key member of our Healthcare division, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our waste management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive to customer locations on prearranged routes, utilizing our optimized route planning system.
  • Empty Euro Bins containing offensive waste, collect pharmaceutical waste, hazardous waste, and sharps containers.
  • Support Covid testing stations by collecting sealed waste.
  • Replace, empty, and maintain other products within our customers' Healthcare facilities.
  • Complete hazardous consignment notes and transfer notes.
  • Return to the allocated depot daily to empty the waste from the vehicle collected.
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexibly between 6am and 6pm, 40 hours per week.
  • Hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • Patience and adaptability when navigating busy routes and traffic conditions.
