About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Waste Collection: Collect and dispose of waste from healthcare facilities, including pharmaceutical waste, hazardous waste, and sharps containers.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good condition, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Route Optimization: Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient collection and delivery of waste.
  • Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of waste collection, disposal, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence with a minimum of 12 months' experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing situations.
