We are seeking an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator to join our client's creative and award-winning business. The successful candidate will be responsible for running operations for their maintenance division.

This is a busy and process-driven role that requires a high level of organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have a strong attention to detail.

The Logistics Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

  • Client liaison and communication
  • Internal troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Managing schedules for maintenance contracts
  • Scheduling diaries and coordinating logistics
  • Client management and relationship-building
  • Logistics and supply chain management
  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes
  • Supporting the onboarding of new staff
  • Coordinating labour requirements and temporary staff
  • General office and yard coordination

The successful candidate will have:

  • Five years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
